Use CRM to improve your services

AvailSuite customer relationship management (CRM) module will help you increase customer satisfaction, improve efficiency, create sales opportunities, and increase revenue. AvailSuite offers an automation of many day-to-day tasks for customer service and sales. Your customers can be companies or individuals - our software is suited for both types. You can categorize customers into smaller groups for reporting and analysis purposes.

Access all key information with a click

Our Customer screen contains everything you might need to know about the customer during a sales call or when scheduling services. The statistics page will show the summary of financial and service information regarding the customer. Other pages, available via a single click show invoice and payment history, performed and scheduled services, and other relevant information. There is also a notepad, allowing you to store short notes about the customer. Send invoices to your customers via E-mail using quick "Send e-mail" action.

Attach files to customer records

You can attach any files to customer record in AvailSuite, just like you do when sending e-mails. This is incredibly helpful in the digital era. You can attach files with photos, faxes, special notes, driving instructions to service location, anything you need. Many our clients find it very useful to be able to attach work orders, signed by the customers. They create an electronic copy of the work order using scanner and they attach it to the customer record.

Easy Order entry

The customers' Orders are the source of revenue for your company. AvailSuite provides everything for quick Order entry and effective Order Management. All customer information, including billing and shipping address is copied from the customer record. You can then enter all information about the services to be performed, price and quantity data, discount and additional charges, plus any special comments or instructions regarding the order. You may start scheduling the services immediately off the order screen.

Manage Service contracts

Long term service contracts provide the best way to build your business. AvailSuite has everything required to manage the service contracts. You can enter start, end, and renewal dates; various payment terms; make a list of services to be performed under the contract, setting up special contract prices if needed. You can even enlist all assets, including warranty information, to be serviced under the contract.
