AvailSuite is a software solution for managing a small or medium service business. It covers all critical activities of small companies, like customer and work order management, invoices and account receivables, employee scheduling, and task management.

What is the difference between AvailSuite Personal and AvailSuite Standard editions?

Starting version 2.6, AvailSuite is produced in two editions: Personal and Standard. The Personal edition is intended for personal usage only. It has the following restrictions:

  • It is limited with one administrator/manager.
  • No more than two other employees is allowed (they can access the system as technicians).
  • Only one warehouse location is permitted.

AvailSuite Standard has the following functionality not included into the Personal edition:

  • Import/Export Wizard,
  • End-User Report designer,
  • Export from grids,
  • Pay Sales Tax wizard,
  • Contracts.
