AvailSuite is a software solution for managing a small or medium service business. It covers all critical activities of small companies, like customer and work order management, invoices and account receivables, employee scheduling, and task management.

How to see tasks assigned to particular Employee?

There are two ways to view tasks assigned to a particular Employee. You may use the Tasks by Employee view or filter tasks in the Calendar.

To use the Tasks by Employee view:

  • Click the Tasks group in the navigation pane
  • Select the Tasks by Employee view at the view list on the top
  • Expand the task list by clicking on the + sign next to the Employee name

To use filtering in Calendar:

  • Click on the Calendar group in the navigation pane
  • Use Employee filter control on the left pane. Click Deselect All first, to remove selection from all Employees.
  • Then click on the checkbox against the Employee you want to review tasks of. This will filter out all other tasks, except for these of the selected Employee.
