AvailSuite is a software solution for managing a small or medium service business. It covers all critical activities of small companies, like customer and work order management, invoices and account receivables, employee scheduling, and task management.

How to choose Portrait or Landscape layout for printing Orders or Invoices?

AvailSuite provides two different templates for printing Orders and two templates for printing Invoices. The templates are slightly different, with the landscape template showing more columns in the order details.

Administrator users can choose an appropriate template. To do so, follow the instruction.

  1. Open the System Options form.

    Click System Options in the Maintenance menu of the main form. The System Options form appears.

  2. Select Portrait or Landscape layout for Orders or Invoices.

    Open the Reports Layouts tab. In Order Report Options (Invoice Report Options if you deal with invoices), choose Portrait or Landscape.

  3. Save the changes made.

    Click OK.
