AvailSuite makes creating and maintaining invoices a simple task, allowing you to concentrate on other things. You can create an invoice from an existing work order or just from scratch. If an existing order is used to create an invoice, the system checks whether any invoices have already been created on that order, and suggest invoicing just the outstanding amount. The system will copy all invoice details from the work order, however you can add more invoice lines, special charges, and taxes.

Flexible Tax support

AvailSuite simplifies tax management for you in a number of ways. First, you can set a global tax percentage to be applied to everything that can appear on your invoices. Further, you can set default tax for every service or product you sell. And finally, you can manually modify tax percentage for every invoice detail line, if needed. In addition to flexible tax management, you can also set a different discount for every line, thus simplifying your discount-based marketing campaigns.

Professional looking work orders and invoices

Even a small company wants to look great in front of its customers. AvailSuite provides you with professional looking documents, including your company logo. All documents can be printed in color, if your printer supports it. Work Order and Invoice templates have been designed to be fax-friendly. You can set a statement to appear at the bottom of every order or invoice, like thanking your customers for doing business with you, or advertising your services.

Track Payments

Whenever you receive money from a customer, you record that fact by entering a Payment in AvailSuite. In most cases, the Payment will be entered for some specific invoice. However, the system will allow you to enter a Payment for a customer, without selecting an invoice, if necessary. You may also enter more than one Payment for an invoice, or create credit payments and refunds.

Use Receivable Aging report to see who owns you

AvailSuite's account receivable features will help your cash flow by analyzing your customers' debt and providing tools which will aid you in collecting your money smoothly and efficiently. The Receivable Aging report will show you all the outstanding invoices, split by the customers, and further split into age buckets. This is an invaluable tool to help you keep your cash flow healthy all the time.
