Message about installing Microsoft SQL Server 2000 Desktop Engine

Problem Description

You get the message displayed on the picture below.

What to do?

Click the OK button to install MSDE 2000 SP3 a (Microsoft SQL Server 2000 with Service Pack 3a).

What will happen otherwise

Clicking the Cancelbutton will fail the installation.

What do do if I clicked Cancel?

If you mistakenly clicked the Cancel button on this step, an encountered problem with running AvailSuite appears.

You need to do the following.

  1. Uninstall AvailSuite.
  2. Install AvailSuite again and click the OK button on the step.
