AvailSuite is a software solution for managing a small or medium service business. It covers all critical activities of small companies, like customer and work order management, invoices and account receivables, employee scheduling, and task management.

How to create and schedule tasks?

You may create tasks via a couple of clicks in a few ways:

  • Simply double click the main calendar area. A new task detail screen will be opened.
  • Using mouse, select one or more slots in a timeslot view, then click the New button on the toolbar

  • Do the same (select timeslots), then right-click and select New Task in the popup menu

  • Right-click and select New All Day Task in the popup menu to create a task that won't be scheduled to specific time
