We also provide Remote Assistance in addition to usual means of helping our users.
Remote Assistance Support means that we connect remotely to your computer, taking shared control over it, then quickly and painlessly fix the problem while you can see everything we do.
It is safe to use it because Remote Assistance session occurs over the secure connection and you can cancel it at any moment. Remote Assistance software does not need any installation and does not modify anything on your computer.

How to get Remote Assistance
The procedure to get the Remote Assistance from us is rather simple:
- Contact our support and schedule a Remote Assistance session.
- On the scheduled date and time please download remote assistance application from the link we will provide you.
- Double-click left text box as specified by instructions to start connection with our support team.
- Watch as our support manager fixes your problem. He might use the text chat or phone to ask you some questions about problem.
- You can delete downloaded remote assistance application once the session is over.
