Using route management module, you can setup an unlimited number of routes. Then, you set a default route for every customer. Once it is done, efficient dispatching becomes easy. Every new work order is automatically assigned to the customer's default route. When it is time to schedule next week's services, you open "Work Orders by Route" view and assign orders to appropriate technicians, setting one or group of technicians per a route. All that is left is setting specific date (and time if required) for the services and you are done with dispatching.

With a single click you can display all the unassigned tasks. It is important list, because it helps you to ensure no task slips through the cracks. Another click shows all the tasks that have not been scheduled to any exact time yet. This list contains everything you have postponed, and reminds you about what will have to be done soon.
