AvailSuite is a software solution for managing a small or medium service business. It covers all critical activities of small companies, like customer and work order management, invoices and account receivables, employee scheduling, and task management.
Installing additional client programs

After AvailSuite Database has been installed, you may install additional clients or 'user seats'. To do this, run AvailSuite setup program on the computer where the user works, select the Additional Seat option as a setup type.

Then specify the Server Name during the Database Server step in setup. You should enter the name of the computer where AvailSuite Database has been installed. Repeat this procedure for additional seats.

After additional client programs have been installed, it is necessary to add the users in AvailSuite and allows them access to the system. Use the employees module to add the users.
