AvailSuite is a software solution for managing a small or medium service business. It covers all critical activities of small companies, like customer and work order management, invoices and account receivables, employee scheduling, and task management.
Installing AvailSuite Database on a SQL Server

If you plan on many users accessing AvailSuite, you should consider utilizing MS SQL Server instead of MSDE. Please, note that MS SQL Server must be purchased separately . AvailSuite multi-user license does not assume any rights for MS SQL Server's license.

In order to install AvailSuite Database on a SQL Server, run AvailSuite setup program on the computer with SQL Server, select the Advanced Setup type of setup, and the exclude Client option from being installed. Right now, AvailSuite setup does not support remote SQL Server installation. Therefore, it is necessary to run AvailSuite setup on the computer with SQL Server installed.
