AvailSuite is a software solution for managing a small or medium service business. It covers all critical activities of small companies, like customer and work order management, invoices and account receivables, employee scheduling, and task management.

Multiple Record Actions

You can perform certain actions with multiple records in grids and views. First, you need to select the records you want to perform an action with. You can do this by holding the Ctrl key on your keyboard pressed while clicking on the required records using the mouse. If you want to select a group of consecutive records, click on the first record in the group, After that, press the Shift key and hold it pressed while clicking on the last record in the group. Once you selected the required records, press the right mouse button to open a popup menu, showing the list of possible actions. After you select an action from the menu, it will be applied to all the records you had selected. Typically, you can do the following actions with multiple records:

  • Change status
  • Delete records
  • Print records
