Printing and Exporting Orders

AvailSuite provides a functionality for printing and exporting orders. Using AvailSuite, you can:

How to Print an Order?

You can print an order (orders) using one of the following approaches:

  • By clicking the Print button on the order form;
  • By clicking the Print button on a toolbar on the main form when the order or orders are selected in a grid;
  • By clicking Print in the context menu on the main form when the order or orders are selected in a grid;

  • By clicking Print in the Actions menu on the main form when the order or orders are selected in a grid;

  • Using the Order List Report (choose the Reports group and the Order List Report in it);

How to export an Order into a file?

When you print orders, you can also export them into a number or file formats, including PDF and HTML. Use the File menu in the order preview window to export the order(s) into a file.

How to change the logo and the text on the Orders?

To change the logo and the text printed on orders follow the procedure.

  1. Open the Company Settings form.

    Click Company Settings in the Maintenance menu of the main form. The Company Settings form appears.

  2. Setup the logo.

    Choose the file with your logo with the Browse button on the Company Logo tab. The logo image appears on the form.

  3. Setup the text to be printed on Orders.

    Put the text in the Text for Orders field on the Documents Signature tab.

  4. Save the changes made.

    Click OK.
