You can customize your invoice, order, daily task list, and purchase order in AvailSuite. You can change the locations of all fields and labels, change fonts, add texts, lines, and graphics. You won’t be able to add new fields to the report though. The user report designer ships with AvailSuite, so you can change the invoices and orders yourself.

However, if you don’t want to spend your valuable time on this, you can always ask us to do it for you. Send your sample invoice or order to or fax it to +1-801-640-8515, pay the customization fee of $100 per report on-line, and have your reports modified the way you need.

If you have your customer and inventory data in Excel files, it can be imported into AvailSuite. AvailSuite has special data import wizard for the following data: customers, inventory, services, and vendors. The Excel files must conform to a special data format. This means that you would have to change column order, insert empty columns when you have no data and so on.

If you don’t want to spend your time on all these things, we can import the data for you, for a price of $50 per file. Send your XLS files to , pay the import fee on-line, and get your data added into your AvailSuite database.

If you have used other software for years, and would like to move to using AvailSuite, we will help you to move all your data from the old program into AvailSuite. We will transfer all information about your customers, history of their orders, and payments, as well as any other pertinent information. During this conversion, we can also perform data cleanup. This will remove bad and incomplete records, merge duplicates, and fix format for things like names, phones, social security numbers, and so on.

To perform the conversion, we will need to get a copy of the database from your old program. We are also likely to need any documentation you may have for the program, or possibly the program itself. Send your request to . After we analyze your old database, we will send you a quote for the conversion.

Please, note that this service is different from Data Import. If you have your old data in XLS files, you can import them or use our Data Import Services. If the files are not in the XLS format, then the only way to get the data into AvailSuite is Data Conversion.
